“I Am Here with My Rights” Project
The “I Am Here with My Rights” project is being carried out in collaboration with the Civil Initiative Share the Future, Yaşar University Women and Family Studies Application and Research Center (YÜKAM), and Buldan Foundation. Supported by the EU Delegation to Turkey and implemented together with ALDA and DAKTİLO1984 Association within the WE ACT program, this project aims to create a rights-based gender equality literacy education module for rural areas and raise awareness through an advocacy campaign.
Young Women Preserving Cultural Heritage for Sustainable Development
This project, “Young Women Preserving Cultural Heritage for Sustainable Development,” is conducted in partnership with the International Sustainable Development Women’s Association (USKD), Dokuz Eylül University Faculty of Business, Yaşar University YÜKAM, and the Women Directors Association. Supported by the Ministry of Interior of the Republic of Turkey, Directorate General of Relations with Civil Society, the project aims to support young women in cultural preservation while contributing to sustainable development.
Breaking Gender Barriers in STEAM
The project “Breaking Gender Barriers in STEAM” was completed in 2024 with the collaboration of Kırmızı Biber Association, Florida International University Gender Center, and Yaşar University Women and Family Studies Application and Research Center. Supported by the U.S. Public Diplomacy Fund, the project has now concluded, and the final report and quantitative data analysis report are available.
Inspiring Change Through Art and Culture in Turkey: Youth Advocacy for Gender Equality and Marginalized Women
This project, “Art for Change,” is part of the IPA III program, funded by the European Union Delegation to Turkey. It is led by Uçan Süpürge Foundation, in partnership with the State Theater Opera and Ballet Workers Solidarity Foundation (TOBAV), Mordem Art and Ecological Life Association (MORDEM), Youth Volunteers Association, and KEAN (Cell of Alternative Youth Activities), along with Trakya University, Izmir Yaşar University, Van Yüzüncü Yıl University, and the Association of Academic and Social Innovation Strategies. The project focuses on using art to promote gender equality and youth advocacy for marginalized women.
