“Framing Climate Inequality: A Visual Narrative from the Local Through Women’s Testimony” Project Photography Exhibition

The photography exhibition realized within the scope of the project “Framing Climate Inequality: A Visual Narrative from the Local Through Women’s Testimony,” in which we are a stakeholder as the Yaşar University Women and Family Studies Application and Research Center (YÜKAM), is opening!

Led by the Izmir Local Equality Monitoring Platform (YEİP), with the support of the Association for Monitoring Gender Equality (CEİD), and in cooperation with the Izmir Metropolitan Municipality Directorate of Sustainability and Urban Strategies, the project exhibition aims to make visible women’s daily life experiences regarding the climate crisis, their observations on spatial inequalities, and their testimonies rising from the local.
